Celebrate Your Good Life Moments - Inspired by Allstate

Have you all heard about the new campaign that Allstate is running yet? Have you seen their new heartfelt commercial? I did and wow, it brings a smile to my face and some joy to my heart to see this company moving in a new direction.

Allstate is currently promoting their Allstate Good Life program ~ officially called the Allstate: Good Hands for Good Life and they want everyone to celebrate and recognize those good moments in their life that brings them happiness and joy.

One of my favorite Good Life moments revolves around the birth of my first grandchild where I had the honor of being in the delivery room during her birth. Within 10 minutes of her arrival into this world, I was sitting in a rocking chair and rocking her for the very first time. I remember that moment and how I felt like it was yesterday and it has been 4 years ago!

Just this past weekend I had another Good Life moment when that same grandchild (now 4 years old) was over visiting me and went out into our backyard to pick me some flowers (all dandelions & weeds of course) and when she brought them into me, I was grinning from ear to ear with joy!

It's these little precious moments with my grand daughter that make me happy and help to pull me through the sad times that we all seem to experience in our lives at one time or another. We need to all remember those little Good Life moments when we get down in the dumps to help pull ourselves up into the sunshine again.
