Easy Plastic Canvas Beverage Coaster Pattern

If you are just learning how to make crafts with plastic canvas then this easy pattern is just for you! In a matter of less than 1 hour, you can complete a beverage coaster.

Materials:

7 ct. plastic canvas
3 or 4 ply. yarn
plastic canvas needle
scissors

Pattern: 22 holes by 22 holes squared

For this beverage coaster, you will simply do a Scotch Stitch Pattern and you can read about that ---> HERE Once you have the center of your coaster stitched, you will want to go around all 4 edges and with a simple overcast stitch so that no raw edges of the plastic canvas are showing. You can line the underside of your coaster with matching colored felt or just leave the underside unfinished.
